bug: missing border on "Select a model" input

Version: 0.7.0-rc

Describe the Bug

The “Select a model” input field no longer has a border.
Previously, it was bordered to visually indicate that it is an interactive component.
Now, even after selecting a model, the input field appears borderless, which reduces clarity.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download Jan 0.7.0-rc.
2. Download a model from the Hub.
3. Start a New Chat.
4. Observe that the “Select a model” input has no border, even after a model is selected.
