Atem

Description

Blackmagic Design Atem switcher plugin can operate as:

• input preselector to provide selected live source from Atem output to CasparCG input just before the "live" rundown item starts, allowing mixing the live video with the movies within CasparCG using the TVPlay,
• input selector to select different input than the one on which CasparCG is playing. There is only "CUT" effect possible on Atem in this configuration, but with specified delay, to allow CasparCG output buffer to be played to its end,
• GPI source for TVPlay to start preloaded movie when Atem input is changed (start rundown on Atem button press).

Plugin files

The plugin consists of two files: plugin code TVPlay\Plugins\TAS.Server.Atem.dll and its configuration TVPlay\Configuration\AtemDevices.xml.

Configuration

Detiled configuration description is added as a comment in the configuration file.

The plugin will load only for a running engine with exactly same name as specified in EngineName attribute of AtemDevice in the file.
