Reproduction steps

1. Trigger a job.
2. Wait for the job to finish.
3. See MS Teams message with result.

Expected Results

Status is seen right away.

Actual Results

Status is hidden behind "see more".

Anything else?

I would suggest to remove the second row in the message with the path to the job, or move it below the status.
Another option is to use adaptive cards title and move the status there.

I wonder if it's a Teams issue or a new "feature". The notifications were shown entirely, until some Teams update a couple months ago.
