we no longer require our master image to be a VM containing a snapshot. Enhancement: Added to cloud-slave form-validation. Enhancement: Improved cloud-slave help. Enhancement: Better logging: If vSphere refuses/fails to do an operation and returns an exception, VSphere.java now includes the vSphere exception as the "cause".

We can now create a cloud-slave from a vSphere Template - we no longer require our cloud-slave's "master image" to be a VM that contains a snapshot.
