docx writer table captions should be above tables

The formatting for Latex tables was decided a little while back to put table captions above tables. I would like to see docx follow the same format.

This sounds sensible. Could you perhaps upload a docx file with just a table and caption above it so that I can see how to implement this?

I made just that with f1c9b18, albeit not by-default, but with pandoc option. Modification is rather trivial.
Word doesn't really treat table captions as something special. It's just a paragraph with special style, nothing more, so simple reversal of output order in writer works fine.
