Add German Translation

Changes:

• Added a comprehensive German translation file (de.json) covering all UI sections.
• Updated i18n initialization (i18n.ts) to support and load the German language (de).
• Ensured the LanguageSwitcher component lists and correctly activates German as a selectable language.
• Exported the German translations in index.ts

Result:

• Users can now switch the UI to German.
• All German translations are loaded and displayed correctly.
