3.0.0 - a popup for Gunmalmg theme

This release brings some important improvement for the Gunmalmg theme. I reorganises the options and display a complete popup by clicking on the temperatures.

⚠️ Note that some options have been deleted. You should also delete it from your configuration to be able to use the Configuration with the UI (else you will be in yaml until you delete the old options). See the Upgrading to V3.

2.3.0 - add theme management and very simple card thee

⚠️ This release adds the theme option. This theme option replaces the existing disable_circle and disable_background_color that should be removed from your card configuration.

More information on theme are available here.

I implement a reusable theme management that will allow contributors to propose their own theme. See in the themes directory and implement your own. Propose it to the community with a PR.- and I will be pleased to embed it in a future release.

⚠️ this is a pre-release to demonstrate some new features:

1. remove some options and add a Theme menu (in the system menu),
2. add the @gunmalmg theme to get something near what @gunmalmg have done.

Documentation will be done after. Some options have been removed and are replaced with the theme.
