Fixes #19, #22; allows it to run with newer versions of discord.py, and forks like pycord. Mostly a copy of weibeu@19c4bf9, adapted for Quart-Discord.

Much needed stuff. Would be better if you could provide examples of how to use it with py-cord. Since a lot has changed in a year.
