In seasons such as 1958, championship tiebreakers did not have an impact on results.

Phil Hill, Jean Behra, Wolfgang von Trips all were joint 10th instead of 10-12 based on winning tie breakers.

We should change our standings to reflect draws, and not apply tiebreaks in these cases.
