Get Starting Grid data ahead of the race

As discussed in #324 and #329 it would be nice to have the starting grid data available ahead of the race.

We'll need to onboard a new data source to get this data, and potentially update our database models to allow for grid data to be imported without race data.

I second this, as its is needed for models that predict race outcomes based on starting position. I did see yesterday that f1.com has a qualifying section and a starting grid section. Qualifying reflected what came from the new api for results (save max was not classified and give a position, which is correct). All drivers were in the starting grid page, so this may be a bread crumb trail to find a data source for the starting grid. Not sure if this is avaibale in the source you are using or not.
