This issue has been fixed with the addition of customizable disabling of suspicious-expression and constant-test linters based upon what macro invocations they are caused by, and then adding default configurations that disable them inside of core.match macro expansions. Work done to achieve this by about this commit, but still ongoing: 64e84a7
