Does not detect my external usb hard drives

As the title states, does not recognize my usb 3.0 external hard drives. It does recognize my thumb drives though.

I was able to see the external hard drive by changing checkRemovableDrives to:

Unfortunately I haven’t found a way to eject the external hard drive successfully. The method I’m currently using doesn’t work (throws a FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2]), the alternative way I tried with PowerShell

$vol = Get-WmiObject -Class Win32_Volume | Where-Object { $_.Name -eq ("D:\") }
$vol.Dismount($false, $false)

doesn’t work either (meaning that the drive still shows up).
I’m still investigating, but might take a while longer than expected.

I have tried countless ways to eject the drive either with PowerShell or Python directly, but none worked.
If someone wants to send a PR for this, I’ll include it, but I don’t think I’ll implement this myself, sorry.
