Does not support multiple values

Git config supports multiple values for the same key. A real-world example:

git config --add url.https://github.com/.insteadof git@github.com:
git config --add url.https://github.com/.insteadof ssh://github.com/

parse-git-config doesn't seem to support this; it only parses the last value, dropping earlier ones.
