The problem of reversing the up and down keys

When using the PS3 controller to connect the PC Engine via USB TO PCE, the left joystick's up and down movements are reversed.

I am having the same issue with my 8BitDo M30 2.4g controller. I have also tested a stock PS4 DualShock 4 controller that does not appear to have this issue.

I think I found the bug. Please let me know if any specific controllers do not align properly.

I'm converting all input controllers to have the same orientation of whats up/down on the sticks. This should fix everything for out thats translated out on the PCEngine output interface. If it continues, then may be specific to the controller and impacting all other output interfaces in this project.

I can confirm that it now works with version version 1.4.1.
