The issue of Turbo rate

When I used the XBOX ONE controller and PS5 controller and SWITCH PRO controller to connect the PCE via USB TO PCE, the Turbo button almost stopped working.
When using some other controllers, although the Turbo button works, the Turbo rate is unstable. The PS3 controller has a rate of approximately 15-19Hz, while the PS4 controller has a rate of approximately 8-16Hz.I used the 240 TEST SUITE for the test.

After resolving the above issues, could we also add the option to set the Turbo rate through a combination key, similar to the 8BitDo PCE gamepad? The Turbo rate could be set to three levels: 8Hz, 15Hz, and 30Hz, and the settings could be saved.

Interesting catch. The turbo functionality is not the best. These details will help make it better. I will circle back to this soon and see what I can do to make it both consistent across controllers and uses rates close to original pce gamepads.

Currently I have L1/R1 shoulder buttons set to change between two speeds. Could have it toggle through all three of these rates you suggested. Sound good?

I have a suggestion: Set the START + LEFT + button to low speed, the START + UP + button to medium speed, the START + RIGHT + button to high speed, and the START + DOWN + button to cancel Turbo. Each button can be set independently, and the options can be saved even after power loss.The two buttons above the default state are set to high speed.This method is flexible and convenient, and it is not easy to accidentally press the keys and make incorrect settings for continuous firing.
