What's the current behavior?

• User has Drag/Drop enabled on Week view
• User drag/drops an event into the Time Gutter, or onto the calendar scroll bar
• The view gets locked into a the "Drag" view.

What's the expected behavior?

• Expected behavior would be that the interacting flag get's set to false when drag/dropping into the TimeGutter/scroll bar as it does when drag dropping outside of the component entirely. A hacky work around is manually removing the .rbc-addons-dnd-dragged-event and .rbc-addons-dnd-is-dragging classes from the calendar elements, but this is obviously not ideal.
