Support for planar subdivisions in image processing

This is more of a feature request than anything else. I'm working on some image manipulations to implement something along the lines of this faceswapping tutorial and will need access to delaunay triangulation methods.

I've identified the need to support this Subdiv2D class as well as the need to add support for vectors of 6 dimensions.

I'm interested in actively contributing this back, but I am feeling in over my head so I might not get this completed. If I don't, this issue should be here for future users to track progress.

Hi, I tried to assemble the most important steps for adding new function bindings in the contribution guide.

To implement a Vec6 equivalent you could probably do something similar along the lines of the other Vec classes like Vec4.

To get a general idea how to implement new class bindings it's a good idea to have a look at how the Mat class binding is implemented ( Mat.h, Mat.cc ).

If you have any questions don't be shy to ask! I highly appreciate any kind of contributions. :)
