Collect terms

Is it possible to do something like this?
Input: Bare.2015.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-PLAYNOW
Output:

```

I just want the title and the year, but I want the rest of the name of the torrent in one collected variable, so that the order of the terms are correct.
