feat: Interactive installer "What to do after install" options improvements

After you select the drive on which you want to install you are presented with this screen

there if i select reboot and move to the config

Proceed to do the configuration but the request to reboot will not actually be set

(hard to see because not set basically displays nothing, but it should say there "reboot")

To get back to the previous section I need to press Esc many times becuse it goes through every configuration screen I went.

Now I can properly select reboot with Enter

Alternatively, if when starting the interactive installer, I properly select "reboot" and hit Enter I'm taken to this screen

So I have to Esc to go back to the configuration
