REPO HEALTH- Confirm we have automated testing / CI

This great project has some complexity (Bluetooth protocols, device variances, Android + Linux + root modules). Would it be possible to introduce a test suite or CI, as this will minimize the risk of regressions.Maybe look at CODECOV integration on GitHub?
