There are currently two mechanisms for receiving image tasks events:
ImagePipelineDelegatewith a top-levelImageTaskEventand the newImageTaskDelegateadded for Async/Await. The goal is to consolidate these two mechanisms, similar to howURLSessionDelegatework.
