BackendObjectIR.Equals() missing TrafficDistribution comparison #13004
Description
BackendObjectIR equality ignored traffic distribution changes, causing stale configurations when traffic distribution was updated.
Also noticed a typo of the prefer network values vs Istio's. Should be PreferNetwork.
Expected Behavior
Traffic distribution mode change should trigger configuration update.
