Unable to run Powershell commands from Chat interface #3148

Bug Description
When asked to run a Powershell coammd I don't get a run button to run the command. In other cases where I did not get a RUn button there was an Accept > arrow that I could click and it would run the command. Now when I click on the arrow nothing happens.
Steps to Reproduce
I do not get a Run button. When I click the "Accept" command arrow >, nothing happens. I have to cut and paste in PowerShell to run any commands.
Expected Behavior
Command should execute in the PowerShell terminal.
