Dropdown used to assign Threat Model to System is flaky/slow

Some issues noticed with the dropdown to change/select system (left panel, top) in the diagram view:

• On a non-system assigned model no systems seem to show up
• Generally the dropdown is unresponsive/slow as it performs searches - maybe worth caching all systems
