Customer Properties like Sales Channel name and id are missing totally in profiles

In each flow, where we have a filter for different sales-channels we noticed that the amount of users are 1-4% of the actually users.

the sales-channel-name or id will not be synchronized to most of the users, but they are in the shop.

We noticed that in all new profiles the sales-channel-name or id are missing. These is actually mandatory.

Actual all details to address and more are missing too.

This issue is from v3.3.3 and above.

In v3.3.2 all custom profiles are transferred to klaviyo profiles.

we found out that the custom properties only will be added to profile, when user fires Added to Cart Trigger.

Which means when user is first time in shop, he will be added in Klaviyo the first time when he registers in shop. That register happens in general when he already added an item to cart and is now starting the checkout.
But exactly then Klaviyo doesnt get the custom properties. That should be changed, so that custom properties also will be send when Trigger "checkout started" is fired.

Short:
To do:

• add new profiles directly with custom properties.
• Update custom properties on Added to Cart AND Checkout started. Also Viewed Product would be nice.
