LiveTV Unwatchable with Kodi 21.2 #228
Description
I have been experiencing an issue where the video is unwatchable. Basically any motion gets digitally smeared.
I am using Kodi 21.2 and the repository version of the addon for mediaportal. The poor video is worse with TSReader without RSTP. With RSTP, the sound gets clipped often and some skipping smearing does occur.
If I rollback and use Kodi 20.5 - there is no problem with the video (TSReader withOUT RSTP). So, something has changed which somehow interferes with clear transmission of the video. My log is at https://paste.kodi.tv/ebibotisif.kodi (and I have also attached it).
If you need an idea of what the video looks like, I have added the image file (hopefully I successfully added it).
Finally - all recorded Television plays flawlessly.
