This updates the
manylinuxversion becausemanylinux2014only supports[email protected]wherelibgssapirequiresclang>=3.9.manylinux_2_28supportsclang@14solving a lot of issues. This also updatesmaturinto fix a panic while auditing the built wheel.FWIW,
manylinux2014is EOL June 30th, 2024 so this change needs to happen soon anyway.
