Add optional signatureInfo field to plugin metadata interface to support future plugin signature verification for enhanced security.
issue fixed #3337
#Changes-

  • Added signatureInfo?: string to ArtifactHubHeadlampPkg interface
  • Extract signature data from ArtifactHub metadata when available
  • Updated documentation to clarify current security measures

Add signatureInfo field to ArtifactHubHeadlampPkg interface to support
plugin signature verification. This enables future security enhancements
while maintaining backward compatibility with existing plugins.

- Added optional signatureInfo field to plugin metadata extraction
- Updated documentation to clarify current security measures
- Minimal changes to preserve existing functionality
