Remove token client and generation of token in driver in v1.4

We added token generation for backward compatibility to support Kubernetes cluster 1.20. After the move to requires republish, we can remove the token generation code in v1.4 release and rely only on the kubelet providing the token as part of NodePublishVolumeRequest.
