disable volume expansion for migrated volumes #300
Description
Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:
VCP was not supporting expand volume.
So migrated volumes should not be allowed to expand. The reason is if after expanding volume using CSI driver, customer disables migration. we do not have a code in the legacy VCP to help expand the file system on this volume.
This is the reason we want to disable expand volume on migrated vSphere volume.

What you expected to happen:
If PV is created using legacy vSphere storage class, Volume should not be allowed to expand.
