Docs: Use enable-global-auth annotation instead of non-existing ConfigMap option.

What this PR does / why we need it:

The Global External Authentication annotations documentation section refers to a non existing enable-external-auth configmap field. This is a typo, it should link to the nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/enable-global-auth annotation instead.
