[QA]

  • Normalize composer.json and/or update composer.lock
    • Restructure composer.json according to the underlying JSON schema.
    • Prevent inconsistencies between all (200+) repositories across all 3 GitHub organizations (laminas, mezzio, and laminas-api-tools).
