Feat Request: Openclaw-like Docter and Wizard TUI #6

@Petrus-Han I believe that the onboarding wizard and doctor feature of Openclaw is cool and it provides a clear TUI:
In openclaw:
Onboarding wizard: generate a openclaw.json (in our case, this should be values.yaml)
Doctor: verify and fix openclaw.json after user's approval
We can also just follow their TUI design:
