The Arr::get() behaviour is misleading

data_get(['actions'=>null],'actions',[])
The output there will be null, even though provided an empty array as default value.
It confused me for long as i was trying to debug an app.

I suggest that, if the value of an attribute is explicitly null, when provided a default value for the function, let the default value be used.

Breaking change. I suggest you set the value to an empty array or omit it... Because you can actually want null if it is set in the array.

I understood. I thought providing a default value would make it behave like a Null Coalescing Operator !
