Include ARM libs in windows distro?

MSVC has been shipping ARM and ARM64 toolchains and libs for ages now, and they're getting more popular.
I think it might be time we started including arm and aarch64 libs in the windows distro alongside the x86/x64 libs...?

arm64 libs are bundled with v1.40.1.

And arm? It's a well-supported MSVC target too.

IMO totally uninteresting, plus totally untested (it's not like druntime and Phobos would magically support 32-bit ARM on Windows; Rainer first had to add support for ARM64 - LDC-specific for now). And ABI-wise, I'm pretty sure C[++] interop isn't fully working for 32-bit ARM targets (no test results in years).

I agree with Martin, ARM32 seems to not have caught much traction on Windows and is now completely replaced with ARM64. What might be a target to consider is ARM64EC (probably in hindsight not the best idea to have two different ABIs) but LLVM is said to support it, too.
