CLI distribution

Ideally would be nice to support:

• Package managers
• npm
• JSR/deno (this one is already supported)
• Static binary download on GitHub releases

I was able to install with pnpm with pnpm i jsr:@lpm/cli, but it's not directly executable in an npm script because there is no bin field in the package.json.

Defining a "lpm": "node node_modules/@lpm/cli/bin.js" script allowed me to use it quite nicely via eg. pnpm lpm fetch though. It would be nice if jsr supported bin though so this isn't needed.

If JSR doesn't add support for bin in package.json then the easiest way forward for npm/node distribution is probably to publish to npm separately. This would need a compile step though and so to avoid differences on jsr and npm we may want to wait for jsr-io/jsr#179

An alternative approach would be to use deno compile and push that to npm, sounds kinda yuck but I've seen more bloated packages pushed to npm! This would also solve the "static binary on github releases" distribution method too.
