Fullscreen scaling issue on KDE Plasma on latest flatpak version

Hi,

Since the latest Flatpak version of Retroarch, 1.22.2 there seems to be an issue with the frontend when using Scaling from the KDE Plasma Display Configuration page.
I use a 4K TV as a living room solution which is unusable without scaling to 175%.

I don't see a difference within RetroArch SystemInformation in RetroArch Version or Git Version, but an earlier Flatpak commit (42b75b25a2ae01f3c03da1277f67aa37d5464cc83d41d91361fcc546f29b32d6) does not have this issue while the default installed latest version does.

Expected behavior

When using Retroarch in Fullscren Display=ON mode, it should show the entire screen.

What shows now is that it "zooms" in on the application cutting off parts of the screen.

Steps to reproduce the bug

• Setup display scaling in KDE Plasma (I am running Fedora 43) to anything above 100%
• Set RetroArch to use fullscreen mode
• Restart
