Regarding issues related to the porting of RetroArch to Harmonyos

Hello, dear developers, I am the captain of the Xiaobai Workshop team coordinator of the private development team on Harmonyos. I would like to ask you whether RetroArch will be put on the Harmonyos application market. If not, can our team be allowed to transplant the development and put it on the Harmonyos application market. We will abide by GPL and other agreement requirements to open source the source code. I don't think we have any internal plans (AFAIK, none of our regular contributors have a Huawei device), but as long as the license stipulations are followed (GPLv3 for RetroArch, and whatever license any specific libretro core uses), you're free to use it as you see fit without any permission or involvement from us--though we appreciate you reaching out, all the same :)

If the necessary changes are good and follow the existing organization and coding style, we would likely accept them upstream, as well, if you guys are interested in that.
