Don't use a macro since we just immediately invoke it
Not sure exactly why the updated CMake version affected this, but it did. See https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/variable/CMAKE_ENABLE_EXPORTS.html#variable:CMAKE_ENABLE_EXPORTS
