accounts: Enable showing the history of payments through the `accounts` cli

It could be useful from a superuser's perspective of the `accounts` subsystem to be able to show the history of accounts payments, instead of the very sparsely detailed info that `litcli accounts list` offers today, compared to `lncli listpayments`.

The superuser is therefore required to query `lnd` in order to get that detailed information, which isn't ideal from a user experience perspective.
