In #537 we add the option to disable the faraday, loop & pool sub-servers. This PR updates the readme with a description of that option.
This PR is only intended to be merged once the #537 has been merged, as well as when a new version of Lightning Terminal has been released that includes the feature. This is to not confuse users which are running the latest version that the feature is already available. I'm therefore pushing this as draft until then.
This PR might also be updated with further needed readme updates until it's merged, so feel free to leave any suggestions of updates to include :)
