RC feedback fixes

This PR will be an accumulation of small fixes and improvements found during internal testing.

• fix style and layout issues on smaller screens Items collide when window size is decreased #57
• limit max Loop amount to be based on channel balances Max Loop size should reflect the max for the selected channels #58
• Indicate channels currently being used in a swap Indicate channels currently being used in a swap #47
• add Loop type (in/out) to Processing Loops section
• change orange color to yellow
• add yarn command and updated screenshot to readme

• fix typo in "1 channels selected" (bos)
• change "0 channels selected" to "automatic channel selection" (bos)
• change "INVOICE TOTAL" to "TOTAL" (bos)
• prevent ellipsed amounts on smaller screen resolutions (bos)
• fix incorrect multi Loop In warning
• add error handling for GetChanInfo and GetNodeInfo calls
• fix hamburger menu going offscreen when the page is scrolled
• update ambiguous descriptions in the swap wizard
• add full alias to the pubkey tooltip

Pending Confirmation

• add "thisisunsafe" Chrome workaround to the README Docs: When using self-signed certificate, Chrome doesn't seem to work #59
• increase nav menu links font size Font size mismatch #56

This PR is ready for review. There are still a couple outstanding tweaks that are still waiting for approval before adding. I'd prefer to get all the completed fixes merged instead of waiting on the rest.

LGTM, great fixes! Tested on top of the lnd v0.10.2-beta.rc1 branch, going to build new RC3 binaries now.
