The SSHAddress is not working properly after the latest changes

Description

Now the interplay between InspectStatus and SSHAddress is off.

The driver seems stuck, waiting for 127.0.0.1:22 to respond...

If aborting the "start" command and running "ls", it is populated.

We should fix the side effects and make it more explicit instead.

EDIT: This is when trying to add new drivers, that are using IP.

This is related to validation errors with 127.0.0.1:0:
(here it is even less initialized, trying to use port 0)

We should probably remove 127.0.0.1, and go for ""?
So that we can spot uninitialized values better than now.

On a side note we're also failing other sanity checks.

When not recording the PID properly, in the pid file.
