test-port-forwarding.pl should be rewritten in BATS

https://github.com/lima-vm/lima/blob/master/hack/test-port-forwarding.pl should be moved to https://github.com/lima-vm/lima/tree/master/hack/bats/tests because:

• Perl is too cryptic and no longer commonly used
• The port forwarder is agnostic to the guest template and does not need to be tested with every templates. It still has to be tested with every host OS though.

The BATS test should also care about:

• Test scripts shouldn't grep log strings #4388

Once #4489 is merged, I'd like to take this issue.
