The new api endpoints used by go-livepeer for BYOC (livepeer/go-livepeer#3727) do not use the
/apiprefix. This changes the default prefix in pytrickle server to be at/My preferred approach would be to adjust the requests on go-livepeer side to use
/api, but opening this draft in case we need it
