Why Are you requesting commit access ?

As a graduate student in CS, I am personally interested in Sanitizers and LLVM compilation/optimization, and have made some PRs recently to LLVM.
I would like to obtain Commit Access to help me better learn and contribute to LLVM (so that I can request the reviewers by myself and commit the approved patches).
