I would like to have possibility to have multi location monitors.

✔️ Solution

1. have distributed monitoring deployments which just executes monitors and reports to main kuma instance
2. have possibility in monitors to choose from locations

Hi @CommanderStorm this looks like one of options, but our compliance would not like that we use 3rd party SAAS. Anyway i will take a look on the PR and review it ;)
