Pull request overview
This PR replaces the buggy actions/first-interaction action with plbstl/first-contribution to properly identify first-time contributors. The workflow now also welcomes contributors when their first PR is merged.
Changes:
- Switched from
actions/first-interactiontoplbstl/first-contributionaction - Added
closedevent trigger to handle merged PRs - Updated welcome messages with improved formatting and added a merged PR message
- Added rocket reaction emoji to first-time PRs

I think the actions/first-interaction version has major bugs, since It classifed me as a first time contributor. 🫨
