fix(ui): refreshing the page if pressing enter in the search, horizontal scrolling the monitor lit on mobile/tablets and aligning items in the monitor list

In this pull request, the following changes are made:

• Fix page refresh issue when press enter on monitor search input

• Horizontal scroll on monitor list page on mobile/tablet view.

• Align items on monitor list item commponent.

• 🔍 Any UI changes adhere to visual style of this project.

• 🛠️ I have self-reviewed and self-tested my code to ensure it works as expected.

• ⚠️ CI passes and is green.
