fix: fallback to "Bearer" when OAuth2 token_type is undefined

Some OAuth2 providers omit token_type from their token response. Per
RFC 6749 section 7.1, the default should be Bearer. Without this
fallback, the Authorization header is constructed as "undefined <token>",
which silently fails authentication.

Apply the || "Bearer" fallback at all four construction sites:
monitor.js (initial auth + 401-retry) and the globalping / websocket
monitor types.

Fixes louislam#7359.

Yeah, I actively rename the title of AI-slop pull requests to "馃毃鈿狅笍AI Slop鈿狅笍馃毃", in order to ruin these vibe coders' GitHub profile. I guess these guys might use the profile later for job interviews or something.

I can't believe it added my title to its own README.md, good job OpenClaw.
